John David Morgan was the salesman we were happy to get. I came into Patrick for service back in June and while everyone is always friendly in the dealership he took the time to stop and talk to me. He is a one of a kind. Not what you would expect. I will just say this. He will have you laughing the whole time, he will listen and make you want to buy a car from him. He is really a great salesman and person. Best experience we have ever had.
The sales manager here is no help at all we where try to turn in a lease and we couldn't with out an appt which we didn't know. Instead of helping us he gave us a hard time and even went as much as saying "Enjoy your new Toyota"! I have bought from here before and have enjoyed the service but I will never buy from here again. I am beyond irritated with this place! I will tell friends and family not to buy from here. I hope this review will deter you from buying from here. I love the fact that there response below doesn't state how they handled the manager that was extremely rude and inconsiderate by yelling and making an ass out of him self. Thanks but no thanks will never be back.

Mike P was my Salesperson he treated me as if i was his grandfather. This meant a lot to me because I'm in my 90's! I'm confident I made the right decision and wish I would have found Mike A lot sooner than I did! Thank you again Mike you were great! If anyone is thinking of getting a new or used vehicle I strongly recommend working with Mike P at Patrick! NO HASSLE, NO PRESSURE and most of all HONEST!!! Best buying experience I've ever had! I can't say enough!
My Wife and I work with Jonathan Collister. From the second he picked up the phone, to the last shake of the hand, he was nothing but professional, courteous and friendly. He assisted us with mass amount of questions we had, gave us his opinion and helped us pick the right car for our growing family. We needed and SUV and he showed us two, and helped us pick the right one. If I'm a family of young children and you need guidance on what car to choose, consult with John. He knows the true meaning of going above and beyond. He even contacted my old dealer to ensure what I was told was incorrect by them, and for sure he was right and saved us money that way as well.
It would be selfish and nearsighted of me to not recognize Jonathan for his service and outstanding personal skills. As a sales professional myself, he is the type of sales rep that makes the sales world great, and trustworthy again.

I have been going to Patrick for years...for my Buick Rendezvous service. I LOVE the car. Wish Buick would consider making them, again!! Each time I go to Patrick, I get quality service at reasonable prices. The service personnel, Mario, the Jeffs and others, go out of their way to please..they listen to us and treat us as part of "the family". They know my name, recognize my car, know I love it and do their best to assure that it keeps running in tip top shape. My thanks to all the guys in the shop, as well. I always feel safe, having had my service done there...and Patrick doesn't just try to sell me a new car. They want me to be happy with the one I bought from them...no matter how many years ago. So, when the time comes...I will look to them with trust for advice on a new one.
