Worst freight company in the world!!
They have had a delivery for my company since February 16th. It is now February 26th and no delivery. Keep getting promised they will deliver the next day and then they forget to put it on the truck. Sad part this is the second time this has been an issue with this company. I let the first one go. The only answer I get is "they have no answer why it hasn't gone out" and sorry for the trouble. Really helps when I tell that to my customers.
Very convenient. Glad I didn't have to drive a moving van by myself!
I use many freight companies to get my products. This will be the last time I work with them or allow others to ship to us using ABF. Sad part is it gets held up at our local ABF U-Pack here in Rochester, NY.
