I walked inand had my dog's nails donw in 20min by very capable and friendly staff
The store did not have the specific dog food we where shopping for. One of the managers offered to have it shipped to us...cost of shipping on them!!! Great job Petco!!
Prices a little high but the worst thing is we signed up for their frequent shopper & when we went back, they showed no record of us. Not good customer relations. Not even an, "I'm sorry."
My pet got her nails clipped. The staff were really nice and friendly with both of us
I was able to find what I needed but one of the associates just seemed to follow us and asked more than once if we needed anything. I appreciate being acknowledged&helped especially if I need it or ask but if I tell you I'm all set twice stop following me&don't ask again. I got my dog food&cat food&left, it was just uncomfortable.
